Doom you seem to be taking this takeover a bit too personally.
Anyone would think someone is trying to steal your goddamn GWR shares. If a GWR shareholder accepts the offer he would forfeit about 15% of his GWR assets in return for a share in the FAS assets. That is, you would give up 15% of an unproven resource for a multitude of unproven resources. Woooopdeeedoooo.
