I got told yesterday that coking coal was selling for around $275per tonne FOB.

check out the maths on this puppy

when RIV producers 10m tonnes pa. cost of say $50 per tonne.
sells it for $150 per tonne.[$100 UNDER CURRENT PRICE]

Gross profit of some $100per tonne x 10m tonnes = $1Billion
PE X 10 = $10B MARKET CAP OR $55 PER SHARE.
This is the next Fortescue and they already have the $330m in cash to get the thing into production and 1.2billion tonnes of coal on only 2% of their leases. Not hard to figure out.

The stock will move about but given the current market conditions, its trend remains upwards. dyor.
