JM seems to have everything under control. He did again also make mention in the conversation that there does not look to be any obstacles that he can foresee in the near future! He sounded very confident on this issue. It's just a waiting game until all the pieces of his jig saw puzzle comes back so he can put it all together and obtain the approvals needed to start production. JM sounded very motivated to get this moving but he is just sitting on his hands until he is allowed to begin. DYOR IMO
