It was actually ST Buy just yesterday morning.
I would assume sentiment changes with changes in the situation. An operating license without the right to operate would do that to my sentiment at least.
Still, instead of quibbling over details of my life, how about the link that the TOL comes together with the Import License Class E (instead of not).
As it seems to be so very much important to some readers here what my private sentiment is, I promise, right after getting this link, my sentiment will be back to ST Buy.
