Rather belatedly (lame excuse - very busy with some projects), I've just been looking over Geoff's Top 10 list for Anteo in 2013. Numbers 6, 7 and 8 stood out - growth in staff (note the highly specific roles), the manufacturing processes and quality control for the two new products (AMG beads and plates), and the substantial lift in rankings for ADO's web site.
For me, while deals are obviously critical, I use additional measures such as these indicators, to assess how a company is travelling. ADO is indeed maturing nicely.
