On the subject of negotiations...I do hope that ADO employs PROFESSIONAL negotiators to act on their behalf. (I bet they haven't...they may be foolishly trying to save pennies but cost themselves pounds in the long run.)
We are getting to pretty crucial stages here and one signature on one contract can mean millions in revenue gained (or lost!).
Scientists are not professional negotiators.
Board members are NOT professional negotiators.
They should be using professionals.
You can bet the other side(s) are!
I had the good fortune to know a man (now deceased) who was a negotiator for the coal companies when they were making deals selling coal to Japan back in the day (1970's and '80s). The stories he told.....
