Can't see where you are coming from nituc. The only directors that SAG (and the vast majority of shareholders) want to see gone are Monsour and and his 2 unqualified mates who were added to the board in a manner that any slightly reasonable person would view as highly unethical.

Having spoken to a member of SAG, I can say that they really want Drs Kalland and Lonngren to stay on the board.

It's really a no-brainer that Monsour, Brooks and Mangelsdorf have got to go.
