Peter Corr has presumably seen the writing on the wall and decided to resign gracefully. Why Goran Ando has resigned is not readily apparent. Maybe he just got sick of all the stuff going on with the board - it would be interesting to know - but we probably never will.
In any case, as previously stated by the SAG, there are top-notch people avaiable to fill in any vacancies on the board if needed. For the stability of the board and market perception of the company, it would be good for Kalland and Lonngren to remain.
However, Dr M, Brooks and Mangelsdorf have to go. Make sure you vote against them - you will have to vote again if you voted before they were on the voting form.
Interesting point - apparently Dr M did not have to put himself on the revised voting form. He did so to let the shareholders decide if he should go. A good and ethical thing to do. (But he still has to go!)
