Not had time to digest this as fully as some. Are there any strong reasons to doubt a near term announcement with BBI or POC1 (or even another company)? If commercial terms are under discussion they're not likely to jeopardise negotiations with jumping the gun in the annual report? Although I'm NOT implying that there is anything on that front currently.
