Tyler's point is valid and one that I had thought initially. It might not be relevant in Josh's case but it is worth considering.
The reality of the US jobs market is that it is going red hot now for skilled employees and has been for about a year. Josh would most likely have choices and chose ADO and I hope there is a significant incentive for him to sign up deals.
