In ADO we are rebuilding and aligning our world class high tech with Quality senior appointments.

The fix for ADO here, was the need to appoint commercially astute, experienced and successful practitioners in their chosen corporate roles.

The alignment of options to our exec team at values exceeding the vwap by 50% to be effectively 20c means to me that these appointees are not here to see the share price at below $1. It would'nt be in their interest. They see far greater potential in ADO as we all do.

I have said quietly to friends that once our company went from a $50m market cap company to a $300m market cap we needed top shelf executive management experience and personnel that had operated in businesses at 3x our current market cap ie $1bn.

Please understand ....this is not a negative narrative or critique on past managers and leadership people we had at ado / they all played a positive role in ado's development , it is just that when you wish to grow an international business with proven world class products and IP exponentially , and scale up at 3x the existing market cap to a build a $1bn market cap company ,
"you need to build capability within , or buy capability and deploy your people into a winning combination that will attract investors, collaborators, financiers and most importantly ..customers to the ADO table. Arguably , we had come to an apex in ado where we needed to buy international capability and commercial acumen at a higher level. and quickly! It's as simple as that. Some key corporate strategic errors had hurt us in my view.

The reality is that once a micro cap looks to break into the asx 300 or even 200, it needs higher quality senior executives that can provide the stewardship and acumen to steer the right course for further intl growth and sustainability.
All companies seek higher executive talent and appointments as they grow their businesses .This is the path to continued growth. This new chairman appointment is world class and on Bluescope boards etc etc and with him will bring quality appointments and attract investors and customers in view.

I feel like we are again on the cusp of huge successes and it feels like we are again in that zone where enormous opportunity PRESENTS itself to ADO.

I applaud your enthusiasm but as I can see the market is still waiting for solid progress rather than hopeful investors.
There is potential (anode!?) but nothing A else of significance at this stage.
