Interesting it can be looked at in different ways.I had a quick look at Alere and their reports and they have been losing money.The bad is how safe is Alere you would need to nail down the report of profit full year not the quarterly or the 9 months but the full year and see how they have been travelling.Google finance has some numbers also.Balance sheet reads they have close to $4 billion in debt.The good is that they might be desperate to reduce costs and this is where ADO comes in.
