Yes. He’s done nothing close to illegal as far as I can see, or even actionable in a civil arena, but his lack of ability to articulate makes him a liability fronting the public. “Brutal truths” can be communicated much better, but it’s curious than any positive news to be had was consumed by the bad. I’d think he would feel terrible about what’s happened.
