I am just curious, is this legal for a CEO to say multiple times, in a SP sensitive environment, that they are close to get TGA approval when we have clearly seen that had not been close? ABC and even Premier's tweet indirectly echoed a similar message that a local manufacturer is about to win. It is obvious that those with clear/better knowledge of facts could take a massive advantage of selling/buying in critical moments. Is this all legal?!
