So does this possibly explain why Matt resigned from the board? He wanted to liquidate half of his holdings? On one hand with him leaving it created questionable/negative sentiment, but on the other hand, had he stayed on as director and sold then that wouldn't have looked great either. Tough call and not surprised he jumped...pocketed a few mil after tax. And still holds a hefty load.
So does this possibly explain why Matt resigned from the board?...
