You have to wonder. If Sean Parsons couldn't make this purpose built factory viable in Australia with a test that the USA were happy to sink 300M into at a time of pandemic, why should Anteo (or anyone else for that matter) be able to? Even if the assets could be acquired at wholesale prices. In fact, if its such a bargain, what's to stop Ellume USA from buying the assets and re vivifying the corpse - the value proposition would have to be better for them than for any Australian player. The TGA seems to be destroying a whole cohort of local industries with their vacillation and fickleness.
