(If it happens) what will matter to me is the story they can give to support it. Whatever, I won't be participating, but would like some confirmation of the reasoned confident attitude that is expressed here, instead of witnessing my remaining investment die by a slow death of a thousand cuts, whilst still being championed by 'rose coloured glasses brigade'.
If the company is going to succeed, I'll be more than happy to take a 10% haircut instead of contributing, if it is not, I will not be throwing good money after bad.
