could somebody answer this question for me. what does the asx do to a company if they fall below the 2 quarters provision? save me doing some research into it, please

I ask this b/c I follow WFL

in the jan quarterly they had 48K in the bank
in the April quarterly they had -4K in the bank

they are still trading with no apparent asx penalty. and that is correct negative 4K or 0.0 quarters

could ADO say to the asx that they will be getting more revenue in this quarterly and the next and also revenue from our pilot plant in Dec, be receiving $3m in tax rebate later in the year and still operate? gov't grant later in the year?

maybe not ideal to have happen but just wondering what would be the consequences and are the asx a toothless tiger to enforcing them as with wfl.
