    You see it time and time again.

    Any company that provides the majority of its news flow from quarterlies can fall pray to this type of predatory behaviour.

    Only started following the US markets from an individual company perspective in the past 12 months and its just as prevalent there.

    If they know there is little chance of news flow its ripe for the picking.
