The problem is with the Market is their judging current managements performance with the management that were running it before ( which was more like the theme song of the Benny Hill SHow)

Previously companies were just taking advantage of ADO and trials and the tens of collaborators who were trying to reverse engineer or use our expertise to advance their own products and I suspect with the Previous Management ( insert theme song of the Benny Hill Show) we were potentially unknowingly advancing collaborators products without even knowing thus never a deal and never a market darling - question is who knows.

Ewan Crouch (Australian Dealmaker of the Year at the 2006 ALB Australasian Law Awards):
Ewen was a Partner at Allens from 1998 to 2013 where his roles included Chairman of Partners, Co-Head Mergers and Acquisitions and Equity Capital Markets, Executive Partner – Asian Offices and Deputy Managing Partner, as well as 11 years’ service on its board. He served as a director of Mission Australia between 1995 and 2016, including 7 years as its Chairman.

David came in just after the mismanagement of the Eugenie Debacle and basically went through the business and cleaned out the weakest links and between the two they cancelled the collaborator program ( Use and Abuse us for free) - Basically we only want to deal with partners.

So ( David and Ewan ) after 18 months since their start date after evaluating the business and making changes within the organisation on how we are going to market and sell etc we have proposals in front of a couple of Billion dollar companies:

Trinseo : Waiting to Sign - Confirmed it works as it should
Wyon - Waiting to Sign - Confirmed it works as it should

Evaluating/Proposals: ( Rumour is EV1 and EV2 are BMW and Mercedes)

Giga Battery Manufacturer

Anteo X Pilot Plant going live ( within the next 2 weeks) - Basically we are open for Business and ready to take orders.

PS If Ewan and David cannot get a deal across the line with the current technologies at their disposals then there is no hope for Anteotech - This is there best shot in the last 15 years!

Agree. We cannot however discount the valuable contribution of Matt Sanderson during his time on the ADO board.

He kept the water jug full at meetings and also brought in home made party pies. An unsung hero among Biotech Executives.
