The other day, I had a buy order in review, just prior to the submit key gets a whack. On another device I saw a random number buy lodge just where I was headed. So I canned the order - waited a minute, the HFT order vaporises. Rinse repeat my order & low & behold another random order (40% less volume than before) is lodged at my mark before mine is processed. I get most of my order in 1 swipe but wait until close auction for the fill. Just anothe day on the ASX.
