Investors and traders finally thrown in the towel for the time being? It’s too risky to hold even just overnight when heavily discounted raises are done for no apparent reason.
also:
1) all buys/sells cleared with trading halt.
2) pretty much all supply down to 2.7 had been exhausted before the raise.
3) buyers are waiting/watching for new supply at ~2.0 cents to be introduced to the market. Maybe even hoping that a lack of interest draws out SIs that need to sell in a hurry at a further discount.
