but what if in the short-term they could massively reduce expenses?
It reads like they aren't going on a costly recruitment drive but rather empower the amazing people we already have in the organization. As for the not so amazing, I feel the board will go through the company and remove anyone who is not necessary.
and on the deal side, I have a feeling Glenda will empower the following groups, she won't act as an impediment:
Gautam / Tek - Life Sciences
Manuel / Fabian - CET
as for shareholders, communication (let's hope!) will be drastically improved:
"no news is good news" was a veil to hide under-performance.
With Ewen and Katherine gone, David can't hide behind that anymore.
It should be a quite a different atmosphere at this year's AGM. No longer will we have to listen to a chair who talks down to shareholders.
2025: The board will be wanting to see results as much as we do

p.s. since not many were stepping up to buy yesterday, I bought a few more at 1.2c. Call me stupid but I only see these changes as a good thing.
