Mate, those figures indicate a 1.2 close. If you want a 1.1 close, the bid needs to be for 4,884 shares at 1.2.
Not sure why you think this is rigging. I have acquired parcels of shares over the years (usually in penny dreadfuls) whereby I was the bidder for 4,884 shares at 1.2 and got them for 1.1 over the queue of 3.6M waiting at 1.1.
In those instances though, I'd been watching a seller continually closing the sp down to the lower bid. However, if you do end up paying the extra .001c for 4,884 shares, its no big deal, but take your brokerage into acct as well with the parcel size.
As for it not being a marketable parcel, if you're already holding a marketable parcel, this just gets added.
