Of course they can claim the $700k back for the pilot plant production. It’s integral to the production of what’s needed to make these pouch batteries work.
It won’t come in an announcement but should just make the quarterly if they are smart, and it was definitely timely.
Means we would still have 2 quarters of funding with the cash on hand and pilot plant repayment.
Therefore no hard questions to answer and time for revenue to save the day with an EV signing
