Firstly it's never
soared since the 28c thing. It hasn't retraced to that. That's what a retracement is. Soaring is something well beyond that.
People go on and on about 5 baggers when it's from such a low base of 1.3 etc.
They go on and on about how great this company is when the dilution is crushing.
They imagine this doesn't affect the SP but it does affect how it's viewed by potential LT investors.
Secondly, or it should be firstly, how is my business the subject of so much posting?
I mean seriously. People have zero respect and my privacy has been invaded. The insults are so routine it's considered normal exchange of views to up the ante with insults.
Apparently I'm not allowed to complain about the bullying. It's disgusting behaviour, truly.
Then supposedly, I'm hell-bent on destroying the company. What? And crush my remaining chances of recovering at least part of my losses? Look I'm still critical of the company. And of posters who pumped it, and several on the BOD. Sure I am. I have that right.
I cannot understand the preoccupation with a poster in a chat room. Surely they've got better things to do. Then I'm supposed to be losing my mind. Look, I watch the Nasdaq overnight. I am allowed to do that.
Finally somebody, (can't recall who because it's a sea of people having a go, and they all tend to blur a bit as I have other stocks I'm more interested in than ADO)...but someone said words to the effect of...
how is it that Sona got to rise and ADO hasn't?Well for one thing, Sona has with around 50 million on issue, a
fraction of shares on issue that ADO has. Which gives them considerable flexibility and an ability to raise capital through options.
Secondly they did some clever things. Like they merged with what looks like a related party, and sold off mining assets, and extinguished a $9mill debt. So they've got their R&D behind them.
Finally it looks like they have serious traction in the nanotech space. Also they delisted from Toronto Stock exchange and listed on the Canadian Stock exchange.
The fact they haven't sloshed around shares like confetti at an earlier time, means they've got more ammo than ADO. This fact despite being often stated, because supposedly the dilution is
in the past, is actually very relevant to how agile ADO is able to be now.
It's why I've banged on about the 1.6billion shares on issue and it seems still not many get it. It's the past which finally caught up with what IMO were some stupid decisions. Those decisions live on.
Sona have the
ability to raise options at .20c which is considerably more than ADO which has been scraping the bottom of the barrel.
They just look in better shape. And these are just preliminary observations from their last major financial statement of Jan 2020.
What else? They're looking at listing on the Nasdaq and hired a company to make it happen.
They've got an actual test that has been validated.

It is repetitive saying the same things but many just don't get it. Just like they make assumptions about people's holdings and tell them to shut up. And make their holdings the topic of conversation.
This is a very weird place to be. If I were losing my mind, or unstable, as is the claim, I'd be insulting as prolifically as the "bravest" in here. But I don't. And never have done.
