Rather than fret about missing out on a cap raising at 8c, I would rather focus on the potential in the energy field and that ADO are actively pursuing this. We will all benefit if they are successful here. Remember they only raised $1m. While it may seem inequitable that not all shareholders were offered the opportunity to participate, to do so would have meant the preparation of a full prospectus, legals and a significant investment of time and money by the company. For this amount of money much better that its done by way of placement. Cheaper. Quicker. Done. There were plenty of opportunities to buy ADO on market around the 8c mark a few weeks ago.
