Do you really think the TGA application process is a 24/7 process? He is the frigging CEO who has ultimate responsibility for a wide range of issues, including shareholder communications, even if he doesn't personally carry out the tasks associated with those areas of responsibility. If you don't bother to raise issues with him or the chairman, how can you expect things to improve? They love shareholders, because that allows them to go on their merry without having to consider shareholders. Don't forget that they are effectively employed by shareholders.
