If you don't bother to raise issues with him or the chairman, how can you expect things to improve? They love shareholders, because that allows them to go on their merry without having to consider shareholders. Don't forget that they are effectively employed by shareholders.

are we their employers? Whilst having equity in ADO comes with voting rights it’s a stretch IMO to say we’re effectively their employers.
