Intentional incompetence or just the usual incompetence? scomo wreaks of grey matter , so much so as I reckon it is "intentional" he has a small army of nit wits at his disposal to feed him info - so ignorance does not fit the storyline.
Inaccurate tests for 2 years plus now only to still be battling chyna churnouts & failures.
