I would expect similar requirements in AU . Also failure to take safeguards available to prevent/ limit the spread of Co vid in say a workplace would I think open up an employer to a personal injury damages claim esp if there was a chance that a RAT would have stopped entry of the infected . This risk of litigation may promote the use of the RAT into the future IMO
