Who would vote for a resolution that required the company to us the newsroom to provide regular updates and links to public media appearances like other companies.
It could include updates that the ASX do not consider worthy. For instance when thy freeze development on a new product, when thy start trials, perhaps even pieces about some of the staff.
They might even like to sack six degrees who do nothing and hire a person on a part time basis to perform these non-essential tasks. That is an unrealistic dream.
But why should a company want to have good relations with shareholders thy only provide the capital and buy shares in the company. They are not interested in what the company does or how it intends to step forward?

There are two reasons for the lack of communication. Shareholders voted for JH and so we have the usual arrogance and refusal to communicate. This is also useful in covering up his stuff ups. In my opinion.

Shareholders only have themselves to blame for electing to keep him as chairman. Imo.
