You are wrong in my opinion, I as a shareholder want to know if additional information requested has been submitted.
If not then when is it expected to be delivered, if it has when was it submitted.
If the information hasn't been submitted no matter how much Derek shouts, or shareholders shout about the time it has taken TGA to approve means nothing.
TGA will not review the submission until the additional information has been supplied.
As one would think that submitting the information would be a requirement under continuous reporting.
So its not the government or the TGA's fault as I see it but lays squarely at the feet of ADO BOD
