Perhaps travellers could go to their local Eugeni using pharmacist within 24 hrs of departure, show their passport take the test and have the results sent to the airport. Testing at the end of the flight just puts to much risk of derailing the plans for all the other passengers if someone tests positive. Also arriving 2 hours and 15 mins early instead of 2 hours is not a huge imposition.
