    But if the TGA approved them would it not be in their interest not to admit this by withholding legitimate tests? In other words the TGA may stall approval for legitimate tests for months, even after the election so they can say they are now moving ahead with a clean slate, it seems to be all about distracting attention away for their errors in 'judgement'.
