Your thoughts are understandable Gustaaf,
I too believe that Anteo SH communication is substandard. At the last physically possible AGM, Jack agreed with my comment in that regard, to then say communication would be well improved. In contrast I believe communication has gone downhill.
In practice the Board and admin require to have their strategic and practical goal planning within an agile culture that makes up the personality of the company and it’s unique achievement path.
Many factors within are unknown to the outside world.
Tracking along the path you are promoting would initiate many concerns and explanations related to daily and weekly pivots required.
While some of the updates we do get are up to standard, I agree they are less than optimal and look forward to improvement from the expanded board.
