Oddly enough Hurrell got blamed for the Diasource Agreement but his role with the broker to that agreement was just on science advisory. He wasn't a business adviser. GC was CEO and talked his future deals up massively so that is what got the Diasource Agreement over the line. Diasource must have believed his spin but he never understood his own business model. People conflate issues and simply don't understand different roles. Thank goodness Hurrell and Alan Studley managed to salvage a sale of Diasource or there would be no ADO company now. Also Diasource must have lost confidence in him and that's why he got deposed as CEO. That left the company without a rudder on the other concerns. Diasource wanted to save themselves given the failure to make $ with the ADO deals they must have said would bring money. In the end ADO couldn't finance the takeover of Diasource.

I think the biggest problems with this company have been strategy, governance and ballast we had with GC and RM. They overspent shareholder $ on ridiculous schemes and marketed themselves as saviours. Resulting in the massive amount of SOI. All of GC's schemes came to almost nothing in terms of revenue because he is not a strategist. He is a salesman educated in one aspect of a technology who has only operated under the protection of a multinational corporation. He hasn't previously taken game-changing technology and monetised it. It's his habit to let the big companies do the work. Whereas DT immediately got that he needed to go it alone with the manufacturers. Not just do lame deals as an add on as with Ellume. Of course Covid19 has given ADO huge strategic opportunities.

I have had a robust discussion with DT and he got the message loud and clear that I have never been an antagonist against the company. Just the strategy and some of the ill-conceived nonsense from shareholders. Reinforced with robust discussions with the CFO.

GC was never CEO material for a company with game changing technology. So now he can only applaud lamely. Having himself negotiated the lame Ellume deal which gave ADO pathetic revenue. All IMO and within the scope of fair comment.
Nobody can say I'm hurting his reputation. People in here continue to believe his guff to such an extent it's impossible.
