one of the main person who's got the biggest chunk is

Mr James Henderson (ADO chairman n MD of transocean)
- 40mil

these options were part of the 1 for 1 rights issue in 2008apr, where Transocean was the underwriters of e shortfall ($3mil worth of shares).

even thou a clause was activated due to the financial crisis, transocean stuck by ADO as underwriters (due to the large number of interested groups/indiv in these shares).

Chariman Mr James Henderson interest in ADO:
-40mil FPO
-40mil options (expiring feb2011 6.5c)

thats $2.6mil to convert them. i await change of director holdings notice from him. conversion with minimal selling will bode v well for confidence imo.
