Heres something to note of which i have not heard any discussion yet. Ado already has some sort of license agreement with Invitrogen. This is off anteo website"Industry Partners
Anteo Diagnostics undertakes collaborative partnerships with diagnostic and therapeutic developers. We will consider out-licensing certain components of our technology platform where appropriate and also actively seek to co-develop opportunities that would benefit from the application of our assay systems.
The goal of the partnerships is to out-license proprietary assays from Anteo's pipeline or to improve the performance of a partner's products through 1) assay enhancements and increased sensitivity, and/or 2) more informative test data for disease management and monitoring therapeutic efficacy.
The company has licensed one version of its assay components to Invitrogen.
