Seaw a post on ADO the other day that said that ADO should make an offer for MHM.
The reasoning is that ADO has a short term funding need, but has income of circa $20 mil, which when the funding is done and dusted should see the share price head north back towards what many believe to be fair value around 15c, when currently it is sitting around 4.3c.
Just wondering how many on here would think favourably on a 1 for 1 share swap for ADO, which would see them access the cash MHM have, and give MHM shareholders access to a stock that should rerate significantly from here.
The highest price for ADO has been 28c, but was somewhat overblown because of a possible huge company making deal that didnt eventuate, but they still have significant irons in the fire in the health and energy markets as well as a growing acquisition in DiaSource in Belgium that is increasing in revenue year on year.
This may not be possible legally, but thought it was worth postingto see how many would consider a 1 for 1 share swap into ADO.
