Ha ha!.....I wondered when our resident sourpuss would get involved again! He knows, as does anyone who follows this company, that the only selling seen from any director was from the unfortunate guy who was in the throes of a divorce and needed to sell. Cumming, as far as I'm aware, has INCREASED his stake in the company. And as far as "perks" for the company are concerned, I regard the insinuation as almost slanderous. I'm sure the company auditors are well aware of the arrangement with Transocean and like it or lump it, they signed off on the last accounts. Where were any of the naysayers when the stock price was 0.005c?.....Transocean were still there!
