hi all, i did more research about the validity of the link between ADO's mix&go and Luminex multiplex systems.
in a recent research done Arshi M et al and published in the Journal of asian pacific society of respiratory (2010) 15, pg 779?784, titled Asthma and insulin resistance in children, under the method section.
"antibodies were coupled to carboxylated xMAP Beads
(Luminex, Austin, TX, USA) kindly pretreated at Bio-
Layer Pty Ltd (Brisbane, Australia) with Mix & Go
reagent"
