Dean Goodwin - Managing Director of Barra Resources who left the company so he could become the chief exploration geologist at FML's Treasure Island because he was so excited about the project.

Lets rewind the tape a little shall we.

Back in early January 2011, Barra Resources announced a strategic review of the company. The implementation of a broad strategic review of the Company’s assets with a view to determining the most effective way to progress the Company’s exploration portfolio over the coming 12-24 months in order to substantially improve shareholder value.

Part of that review was -

"Consideration of current technical capabilities of Board and Management with a view to enhancement."

One week later BAR announced the following.

"The Company wishes to advise that Non-Executive Director Dean Goodwin has stepped down from the Board, effective immediately. As part of the Company’s strategic review announced on 13 January 2011, the Company is currently undertaking a review of potential candidates to
step onto the Board in a technical capacity."

It appears BAR a small cap company of only $10m, not longer required the services of Dean Goodwin.

He went onto join FML with a $260m market cap.
