IMO, Absolutely bug all to do with management performance.
Every NO vote cast was a No Confidence" vote, which was IMO totally irrational.
Question.. Is it possible for shareholders to call an extraordinary general meeting on Res 6, and take the opportunity to cast a brain laden vote..rather than a vote gilded by the thought that FML management has caused the reduction of the bulge in their back pocket.
