I disagree.
Quite a good deal actually.
Its not 33%, its as much as the financier Bergen can get for them. If a great deal turns up and the SP goes to 20c then the rate of return if they choose to sell is over 100% ! After they cash in the oppies they get over 100% for those as well !
Which frankly sounds really good for Bergen, and an amazing deal if they are gamblers and believe the company has promise.
The company itself pays no interest. Whoever heard of such a thing ! The entity aka ADO only pays back exactly the amount borrowed, no interest.
The 'interest paid' comes from the shareholders or the market.
12 million shares plus 9 million if the options are in the money.
I think on a good day / good week then all those shares will wash through the market as nothing more than extra liquidity when people want to buy in.
The interest is paid, the company pays nothing.
Some dilution, but approx 20 million shares out of over 1 billion, is not much dilution.
