No surprise that the stock is starting to run, on fundamentals.
Big discount to cash, they'll spend $10m plus this year and still have $10m plus at the end of it. Sales are forecast to grow this year from $2.5m to between $5.7m and $7m.
Bit of a no brainer below 20c, IMO.
