Hi all,
To save time, FAR's ADR (NASDAQ code: FARYY) is effectively defunct and means nothing to FAR shareholders. Its a relic from when Evans had some US acreage and a few US shareholders...some of whom could not own Non-US listed securities but could if behind a ADR program.
I'm guessing here, but I'd be very surprised if there were any material number of shares still behind the program. As I also can't find any trading over the past 10 years, I'm fairly sure there are sweet FA shares and ADR holders behind the program.
The ADR's wont feature or play any part in a T/O or a CR.
