December/07,Linc did a OTCQX listing using ADRs.
One ADR =10 LNC shares.The lowest bid was $5.05,..
highest $14.41.Would be very surprised if Cougar
doesn't travel down the same road.Especially now
that Brad Glynne at the helm.

ADRs are American depository Receipts,representing
ownership in shares of a foreign company.The sheer
force of U.S. purchasing power once a company receives
due recognition is legendary.
