The establishment of this program is a necessary prerequisite to listing on the OTCQX International. With the program established and approval received from OTCQX, Mooter can now proceed to complete the listing and quotation of the Companys ADRs on that market. Mooters Chairman, Mr Peter Jermyn, will be in the US at the end of this week to conclude those arrangements; complete agreements with the Companys market makers and institutional investors; and further advance several sponsor and media partnerships.
