For what it's worth, I guess the US stock market answered my question regarding last Friday's US $23.44 LYSDY ADR quote today -- i.e., it must have been erroneous, because today's quotes of BID $4.35 and ASK $4.70 are in line with the LYNAS ADR ratio of 1 to 10.
